Manicure - A cosmetic treatment of the hands and fingernails, including trimming and polishing of the nails and removing cuticles.

Massage - The act or art of treating the body by rubbing, kneading, patting, or the like, to stimulate circulation, increase suppleness, relieve tension, etc.

Pedicure - Professional care and treatment of the feet, as removal of corns and trimming of toenails.

Therapeutic Massage - This field of massage and bodywork draws from touch therapies of both Western and non-Western traditions. Practitioners incorporate knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathology to address soft tissue dysfunctions, stress-related conditions and energy imbalances.
Triangle Bridal Association (TBA) - The Triangle Bridal Association is your local resource in the wedding industry. Its 50 member base includes a respected, diverse group of quality-oriented companies. Each provides a service to the newly engaged. And each has been approved for membership by the Executive Committee. Central to Triangle Bridal Association is its code of ethics, which every member has signed and committed. Waxing - The act or technique of using hot depilatory wax to remove unwanted body hair. 

Wraps - Sometimes called body masks or a body cocoon, the body wrap is a full-body spa treatment to either remove toxins from the body, hydrate and refresh the skin or a combination of both. Typically beginning with an exfoliation process, the technician then applies the product to the skin and wraps the entire body in plastic, mylar or sometimes sheets, depending on the service. After about 20 minutes, the wrap is removed, the product is washed off and lotion is applied to your skin. This sometimes, but not always, includes massage services of some kind.
