As a full-service event management and coordination company, Emma Grace Designs offers
services at the following levels:
Event Consulting
- Hourly consultations are offered by appointment only and can focus on a variety of event
related topics including: vendor and site selection, event budgeting, social
etiquette, contract negotiation, event planning timeline, event day scheduling, signature
event details and overall event design.
- Consultations are billed hourly at a rate of $75 per hour. Payment is due at the end of each
session.
Full-service Event Coordination
- Full-service event coordination includes our full event direction services the day of the event
plus any and all event planning assistance necessary prior to.
- This service is specifically tailored to your needs and may include assistance with budgeting,
etiquette, vendor and site selection, entertainment, invitations and stationery, event timeline,
transportation, guest lodging, signature event details, overall event design and more.
- Event coordination includes five consultations prior to the event, up to two hours of
service the day of the rehearsal, and up to ten hours of direction the day of the
event.
- During your event, your Emma Grace consultant will work to make sure vendors deliver all
contracted products and services, the timeline of the event is executed as requested and any last
minute or emergency situations are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Your estimate of services will be based on information discussed and gathered during your
